April 29, 2025Do you love Pilates? Are you interested in a lunch time Pilates class at the Mies Campus during the summer? The Office of Community Affairs will facilitate classes taught by Linda Spriggs. Certified in the Classical Pilates Method of Body Conditioning, Linda apprenticed under her mentor, Romana Kryzanowska, a first-generation protégé of Joseph H. Pilates. -
